Hugh Grant To Star With Nicole Kidman In HBO Limited Series
Hugh Grant has been cast opposite Nicole Kidman in "The Undoing," HBO’s high-profile six-episode limited series, written by David E. Kelley and directed by Susanne Bier.

An adaptation of Jean Hanff Korelitz’s book You Should Have Known, "The Undoing" centers on Grace Sachs (Kidman), who is living the only life she ever wanted for herself. She’s a successful therapist, has a devoted husband (Grant) and young son who attends an elite private school in New York City. Overnight a chasm opens in her life: a violent death, a missing husband, and, in the place of a man Grace thought she knew, only a chain of terrible revelations. Left behind in the wake of a spreading and very public disaster, and horrified by the ways in which she has failed to heed her own advice, Grace must dismantle one life and create another for her child and herself.

"Veronica Mars": J.K. Simmons To Recur In Hulu Revival Limited Series

Oscar winner J.K. Simmons has signed on for a recurring role in Hulu’s revival of "Veronica Mars," from original series creator Rob Thomas. The eight-episode limited series is scheduled to premiere in 2019.

The reboot returns star Kristen Bell, Enrico Colantoni and Jason Dohring to the series that ran for three seasons on Upn and the CW from 2004-2007. In the revival, spring breakers are getting murdered in Neptune, thereby decimating the seaside town’s lifeblood tourist industry. After Mars Investigations is hired by the parents of one of the victims to find their son’s killer, Veronica (Bell) is drawn into an epic mystery that pits the enclave’s wealthy elites, who would rather put an end to the month-long bacchanalia, against a working class that relies on the cash influx that comes with being the West Coast’s answer to Daytona Beach.

Simmons will play Clyde Prickett, an

‘Black Mirror: Nosedive’ is Now a Card Game and We All Live Inside a Nightmare
It’s hard to imagine anyone watching an episode of “Black Mirror” and thinking, “I would like to play a card game based on the dystopian aspects of modern society expressed in this chilling piece of entertainment!”

Yet, for those who saw the Season 3 installment “Nosedive” and thought that a system based on rating individuals and maintaining a perfect social score was a playful idea, a new card game is coming to retail outlets, just in time to permanently scar all the fans of deeply unsettling futurist sci-fi in your life.

For the low price of $19.99, you can own “Nosedive: A Social Game,” which draws from the plot of the Bryce Dallas Howard-led episode, set in a society where individuals are encouraged to rate each other on a five-star scale after interactions as wide-ranging as a transaction at a store or bumping into someone on the street.

There's a Jack Reacher TV Series in Development

There's a Jack Reacher TV Series in Development
It looks like Lee ChildJack Reacher book franchise in now being turned into a TV series. Tom Cruise played Jack Reacher in the two films produced by Paramount Pictures and while I thought he was great in the role and delivered two entertaining action-packed movies, we won’t be seeing anymore of them. The days of Cruise as Jack Reacher are over.

According to Childs, “We’re rebooting and starting over and we’re going to try and find the perfect guy.” For anyone familiar with the novels and the Jack Reacher character, then you know that Cruise didn’t fit the physicality for the role.

That doesn’t mean Childs didn’t like working with the actor, though. He told the BBC, “Cruise, for all his talent, didn’t have that physicality,” and then noted that actor’s smaller size threw off some of the core fans:

“I really enjoyed working with Cruise.

The Five Best Amy Schumer Movies of Her Career

Depending on how a person sees her Amy Shumer seems like the type of person that can be very polarizing when it comes to their reactions. She doesn’t often hold back her opinion since that’s a big part of who she is and what she does as a comedian and an actress. She had a bit of a rough time growing up but it’s kind come out in her attitude, which some people love and others tend to shy away from considering that she doesn’t mince words and probably shouldn’t since whether you like her or not she has the

10 Things You Didn’t Know about Catherine Toribio

Ever see someone that’s been in films and TV but it really seem as though they might have the talent and the skill to be in so much more? Catherine Toribio kind of fits that mold since she seems very astute when she’s on camera and has in fact been in several different productions, but still seems like she could do more. It does have something to do with the fact that she seemed to be drawn to acting from a young age and had no compulsion to do anything else with her life since the drive to get up

With the year finally starting to wind down and nearly all of the year’s unknown quantities having been seen by the major critics, it was inevitably that somebody would rush out a “year end best” list out. Midnight, Texas‘ Bobo Winthrop is a level-headed guy, but a giant glass shard lodged in your thigh is enough to put anyone on edge.

Regardless, even now that the Cartoon Saloon owner is aware that his love for Fiji Cavanaugh literally could kill him — as it nearly did during the aforementioned shower accident in last week’s episode —portrayer Dylan Bruce says his alter ego is ready to fight the good fight.

“I think he was in denial the first two episodes, but by Episode 3 and the shower scene, he’s trying to play it down, not to scare her,

From ‘Homecoming’ to ‘Maniac,’ 30-Minute Episodes Solve TV’s Pacing Problem

From ‘Homecoming’ to ‘Maniac,’ 30-Minute Episodes Solve TV’s Pacing Problem
When Julia Roberts heard “Homecoming” director Sam Esmail wanted episodes of the Amazon drama to be a half-hour long, she was against it. “I’m just a product of mediocrity, and so to me, drama is an hour,” she said to IndieWire. “Only teenagers can get drama done in 30 minutes. I was like, ‘What are you talking about? We’re tall. We need an hour.'”

The results, however, turned around Roberts on the issue. “It’s just brilliant,” she said. “I love it so much because, I mean, as an audience member, it just leaves you like, ‘Wait, it’s over?’ That’s how I feel every time.”

Once upon a time, there was no question of how long a TV episode of television “should be;” it was, “must be.” Network television had a schedule to keep and commercials to air, which meant that “Cheers” delivered 24-minute episodes; “E.

Harold Lloyd Jenkins, better known as Conway Twitty, was a big star in his time and someone that, like many of his generation, served in the armed forces for part of his life when he was drafted to do so. Throughout his life however he was always partial to music and despite his proclivity for country music he was also into a few other genres as well. The one thing about Conway Twitty is that despite the fact that he won many awards and was even inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame, a lot of what he’s done

Horror Story's Leslie Grossman Breaks Down Apocalypse's 'Perfect' Ending, Reveals a Finale Scene You Didn't See
Coco St. Pierre Vanderbilt may have fared better than some of her fellow witches in Wednesday’s Apocalypse finale, but that doesn’t mean Leslie Grossman was ready to say goodbye to her fan-favorite American Horror Story character. “What’s the cheesy Dr. Seuss quote, ‘Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened’? That’s the place I’m in right now,” the actress tells TVLine.

“I always find it cringey when actors talk about their characters like they’re real people, but I’m going to go ahead and do that in this interview,” Grossman says.
